I was treated worse than an animal when I went into this clinic. I went in with a Groupon voucher to get a series of laser treatments. I made the appointment before I even purchased the vouchers and was very excited to get started. I walked into the clinic only to be told rudely to remove my shoes and two of the three ladies at the desk (one of who was the manager) acted in a very gruff, unfriendly and snobbish fashion. I felt very unwelcome. They couldn't find my name in the system and the manager acted like it was my fault. They eventually decided to shove me into a room and do a quick shoddy job on my bikini line and didn't even use the correct laser that had been advertised. When I asked to use the toilet I was told by Amanda I 'better hurry up' before the laser treatment commenced. I walked out feeling completely violated and disrespected by this bunch of narcissistic, self absorbed females. I felt sorry for the third girl who was clearly being trained into the job. I would not recommend anyone go to this clinic. They cannot handle any type of business well let alone an increase in business from the groupon promotion. I rather pay more money and be treated with diginity than have to go through that again. I would not go within 500 meters of this place again.
